Gasthof Falkenhorst is located in Burig, a small village nestled amongst the forests and lakes of beautiful Brandenburg. As well as a warm welcome, we offer a small menu of freshly prepared Vegan food, including traditional country dishes, home made cakes and premium German beer on tap. And while you’re here, why not take a walk through the peaceful forest that’s right on our doorstep, or visit one of the area’s many pristine lakes.

HOW TO GET HERE
From Berlin, take either the s3 (slow) or the RE1 (fast) to Erkner. From Erkner take bus 424 or 428 to Burig 'Wald St'. The Gasthof is a few meters walk from this stop. When travelling here by public transport it is really important to check the times for the bus. The bus only runs every few hours and finishes at 19:30 so if you don't check you can have a long wait in Erkner. We recommend using the BVG app to plan your journey and you will need an A/B/C ticket to get here from Berlin.

We also highly recommend visiting us by bike. You can either take a scenic cycle of approximately 1 hour starting at Grunau S bahn, cycle straight from Berlin 1 - 3 hours or cycle from our local station Erkner which takes 20-30 minutes.
